Formula One has been hugely popular since it first started in 1946. The races take part in some of the world’s most exotic destinations, covering the globe from Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. With events in 5 continents and no less than 21 countries, this indeed a global circuit.

The Formula One Paddock Club

Some 30 years ago, the Formula One leadership team recognised the value and contribution of corporate hospitality to the event and decided to formalise it in the form of the Formula One Paddock Club. The club offers a heady combination of unparalleled access, exceptional catering and close-up views of the racing action. The Formula One Paddock Club encompasses teams, sponsors and drivers and has played host to leading business and corporate figures, VIPs and celebrities from all over the world.

The Paddock Club runs for the three days of each F1 race event, with a number of specialist event firms providing carefully tailored packages such as those to be found at https://edgeglobalevents.com/f1-paddock-%20club/.

For the majority of the events, the Paddock Club is located above the garages with a view overlooking the pit lane and the start / finish line. The Monaco location differs a little in that the Club is sited in the Monaco Yacht Club, enjoying harbour views, in addition to those of the track itself. From the pre-race build-up, to pit stops and the chequered flag, Paddock Club participants enjoy a privileged view of the event.

Networking and Corporate Hospitality

With its global reach, the Paddock Club represents an opportunity for firms to invite and network with high-value business contacts in every major geography. Corporate objectives range from consolidating existing relationships with partners and stakeholders through to opening entirely new ones. In some cases, the event may be a corporate reward in the interest of promoting employee engagement.

The heady combination of the world’s most glamorous sport and the refined and exclusive atmosphere of the Paddock Club has proven conducive to business networking success over the past three decades and seems set to continue for the foreseeable future.
